I hope somebody can help or has seen this before. We have some intranet applications running on a server and everytime someone goes to open it they are prompted to accept a certificate. The certificate is from servername.company.com however the link calls for servername.au.company.com/dbpath.

When you click on display blocked content it refreshes back to the home page and you have to navigate through to the link again.
You then get prompted to login and you are directed into the db.

Another thing I have noticed with a Leave Form application is that when a document is created from within Notes instead of the browser the link sent to the approver is formed as http://servername/dbpath/filename... whereas from the browser it does use the FQDN ie http://servername.company.com/dbpath/filename.... When the approver tries to open the link created in Notes they are put into a continuous loop of trying to login. I have found an IBM technote in relation to SSO and this happening. I am not sure if this is related to the certificate prompt problem or not.

Has anyone experienced anything similar to these before?
Is there some way we can prevent the certificate from popping up?

I have also noticed this on another application on a different Intranet site as well. It is on a different server. All the servers are setup identically so why is this happening when trying to open a db?

Any info that someone can provide I would greatly appreciate it. If you need more info on what I am on about please let me know.

We are using Web configuration documents currently and not Internet sites. I believe we will be changing to Internet site documents soon.

The problem has been occuring for some time when the servers were 7.0.1 and we are now running 8.0.1.

Regards
Mark
